Why can't I see the seller's phone number?

Seller and dealer contact details are never displayed publicly. Submit an enquiry on the listing instead — it is screened before the seller is introduced, which protects both sides from spam and brokers.

How long does seller or dealer approval take?

Most registrations are reviewed within one working day once documents are uploaded. You will see your status in your dashboard the moment it changes.

Why is my listing not live yet?

Accepted Answer

Every listing goes through admin review before publishing. Once approved, it appears in search instantly. If something needs correcting, you will see the reason on the listing in your dashboard.

Can dealers upload their whole inventory at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Approved dealers get bulk upload via Excel or CSV, with validation and an error report before submission. Bulk batches are also admin-approved before publishing.

Which vehicle categories are supported?

Cars, bikes, scooters, electric vehicles, commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, tractors, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, luxury vehicles and vintage vehicles.

Is Autobidzo available outside India?
